Insensitivity Helps Us Better Handle Stress and Challenges

Often, things are not that complicated; it’s overthinking that makes them so. Therefore, don’t be too fragile, and don’t let everything weigh heavily on your mind.

Overthinking leads to more worries.

Be more broad-minded and stop making things hard for yourself. Many of life’s worries stem from overthinking.

Simple issues are overcomplicated by complex thoughts; things that don’t need much pondering are dwelled upon repeatedly. Eventually, this leads you into a trap of negative emotions, causing endless sadness.

As the saying goes:

Knowing a lot doesn’t tire you, but thinking too much does.

Life needs a bit of insensitivity.

The so-called “insensitivity” means not being overly sensitive about everyday life.

Don’t be too self-centered, and don’t let your emotions control you. This way, you can enjoy a more carefree and broader life.

Be more open-minded, think less, and live a relaxed and comfortable life.
