Moving forward, Russia needs to be more cautious and vigilant

According to RIA Novosti, Russia has confirmed that the terrorist attack in Moscow on March 22nd resulted in at least 143 deaths. In light of this tragedy, Russian Prime Minister Mishustin has expressed condolences to the families of the victims.

Additionally, there are several developments worth noting:

Firstly, RIA Novosti released a video of the “arrest of a suspect”. This individual entered Russia from Turkey and disclosed that about a month ago, a stranger told him that he would receive 1 million rubles for attacking people at a provided address. So far, he has received 500,000 rubles.
The video shows this “mercenary killer” being pinned down by Russian personnel and interrogated. When asked “Why did you do this?”, the individual stated it was for the money. He also revealed that the weapons were provided by “them”, though he didn’t know who “they” were.

It’s unclear if the tremors in the assailant’s body were due to the cold — he wasn’t wearing a coat — or out of fear.
Of course, the credibility of his statements is questionable at this stage. The specifics still await further investigation by Russia.
